The boy who worked there had incredible service and was very polite, however the store was very warm. Please fix the Air Conditioning.

This Jeremiah's has been excellent in the past. But tonight the product was substandard and dining room needed attention. Will try again but very disappointed tonight.

I left there about 30min ago, I walked in and there was immediately no one at the front. As soon as someone came out to take my order, this young ladys entire demeanor was off. She was leaning up against the register screen and had an attitude the whole time I ordered. She was about to hand me my icecream when I asked nicely if she can add cookie crumbles on it as well. She rolled her eyes at me and paused for a good 10 seconds and didnt say a word. I then stated if it was a problem to just leave it. Again, she didnt say a word and handed me my ice-cream. Soon after she hands it back she then explains shed have to charge me again, i stated that was fine if she did. She left who knows where and never came back, I stood at the front waiting. Eventually, i just left. I understand people have bad days but, this experience made me feel like my presence was such an inconvenience for her. Other than that incident , my cookie butter icecream was great. (,:
