        Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. No one answered me. And they were open. Gave them the benefit of doubt thinking they were just busy.

        I sat in the drive through for almost 20 mins. The car in front of me was extremely upset they gave her the wrong order and overheard her mentioning running late. I waited only to get the wrong order. I had to go inside to get my money back as I had no time to wait for my order to be remade. No one spoke English extremely unprofessional I will never be back. I highly discouraged anyone from this arbys.
