I wonder if the girl who botched my lip still works here. Karen swain, it's been ~a year and my lip is still deformed, even after having it removed. My lips have weird, clumpy, and uneven bumps. To add a cherry on top they tried to tell me I was prone to cold sores and I was having an allergic reaction. They literally tried to victim blame me. I've never had a cold sore in my life and am not allergic to filler. I had already gone to multiple professionals for a second opinion and they all said she had a terrible technique and injected way too close to the surface. Almost one year later and my lips are still deformed. I was worried id look grotesque for the wedding i was in 2 months after my appointment, but now Im praying to God I'm not stuck like this forever. Oh yeah, I also tried to contact the spa director/owner multiple times. I was told she would call me back and she did not, not even once.
