I have been working with the Baileys team in Naples for a few years now. This company has the quickest delivery time out of any equipment companies Ive ever used. Once an order is sent, equipment can be delivered the next day following insurance approval. Sarah is an incredible manager at this location. Susel and Julio are also fantastic employees to work with. For only having a few staff members at this location, this team does an incredible job providing equipment to healthcare facilities throughout Lee and Collier county.

Be aware that The Baileys Naples location is not giving Medi-Care patients the wheelchairs they are permitted to have. I spoke to Medicare three separate times, Medicare told us all they need is a valid prescription because my father is eligible for the wheelchair. My fathers nurse has faxed over the prescription/order on two separate occasions and Baileys still refuses to release the wheelchair. First, they said that they never got the prescription and now they say that they need clinical notes even though Medicare told me that is not accurate. My fathers nurse and I have been working on this for over a month and now we have to start the process all over again with a new fax number that Baileys gave us. This is not right that they are not giving elderly patients, the medical equipment that they are entitled to have.
