PANIRA Healthcare Clinic

Unfortunately poorly run and poorly managed now. Has gone progressively downhill the last few years since they moved locations and added more part time retired doctors. No communication and their automated text system just plain sucks. High turnover of front desk staff makes it more difficult. 2 wrong prescriptions still in my file create confusion everytime I have office visit. Frustrating dealing with staff anymore. Just spent an hour waiting only to get turned away. Waited for a simple answer and did not get any clear answer for over 60 minutes? Just excuses and Wow! I've seen literally every doctor there and just sad to see such a great office deteriorate into this.

I was very satisfied with the service I received yesterday. The office staff was very courteous and efficient. Dr Gabriel provided quality health care and would recommend Panira Healthcare Clinic to others.

We went as a walk-ins to get a physical check for my cousin to start to his school and we were waiting for 3 hours and a half!!! We ask for what was happenings because was a very long time and the woman in the front office said she can't do anything, without any explanation. I believe if you are working with public you must be gentle and nice. At the end the accounting manager was who requested sorry and gave us an explanation that was only one doctor working. We were 3hours and a half wihout food and drinks waiting with two kids giving complaints all the time. I recommend to the office let this know to the public and give to us an option to wait or not.

We went to this clinic to check if my wife was pregnant, such was our surprise for the doctor to tell her that she needs a blood test, they charged us 100 usd. and they told us to come back in a week, we went back to reconsult with 80 usd. to be told that you need a urine test to verify if you are pregnant or not, I am not a doctor but I believe that with a blood test you can verify if you are pregnant or not, or otherwise because you did not have both tests at the same time At first glance, this clinic is a mercantilist clinic that only thinks about how to get money from the patient.

One time this place used to care about people's health, now it's all about money for them. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this clinic for their family care. They are not professional, I have heard from lots of people, they are no good, please don't risk your health and go to this place. Please go to the hospital, it maybe cost a little more, but it worth it!
