I had a terrific experience at American Matress of Naples. First, I made a horrible mistake and purchased sbd had delivered a mattess at a very good price- problem was it was not the right mattress for my back. They not only honored the return after a few months but also gave me the same really good deal on the replacement mattress when they had every right to charge me full retail price. This kind of customer service is rare in my experience. Thank you American for the great customer service.

I came in knowing my budget and on a time crunch, and Scotts professionalism and expertise was very conducive to both. He was not pushy nor did I feel pressured to commit. I came in looking for a mattress the sales representative Scott, was very kind and helped me find the mattress most suitable for my needs. He worked within my price range and was able to set up delivery in a timely manner. When the delivery day arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they were able to get it up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. Great customer experience and I look forward to having restful nights.
