Mr. Frost and Mr. Freeman are exceptional martial arts instructors and role models for our two kids, who have been with Tiger Rock about a year now. The classes are about much more than martial arts. The kids learn confidence building, discipline, and respect for themselves and others. Highly recommend Tiger Rock Naples.

Tiger Rock is absolutely wonderful - my nephews have attended classes for some time now and I go to watch and have attended belt testing several times. The atmosphere is always positive, and they look forward to going every week. There has been a definite improvement in their self confidence. So grateful to Mr. Frost and Mr. Freeman for all they do for the kids!

Mr. Frost and Mr. Friedman are both very wonderful. My son LOVES coming and they really care about each child. I highly recommend!

This is GREAT!!! I did a different type of martial arts a couple years back, but this is way better! The instructor is really nice, and really helps us students figure out the moves. The other students are easy to make friends with, and are really nice. And the students who are higher rank help us too, sense they have more experience. Recommended to those who appreciate friendliness and kind people.
