        After having a problem with communication with original tech we were able to speak with the owner who understood our problem and rectified it immediately. Unfortunately many businesses dont seem to want to do such things. Locksmith Lion does! This was the second time we used this business and plan to used it in the future.

        Our cargo door on our 2016 Entegra Anthem coach would not open and there isn't another access point to get to the latching mechanism. We were unable to travel, (potentially losing money on our reservation in the Keys) as this is our wet bay and we couldn't access the hose reel to bring in the hose or to be able to empty our holding tanks. We called Locksmith Lion and they sent out Raul to us within a half hour of our call. Raul realized this wasn't going to be a quick "drill the lock and get it open" and problem solved the situation, using airbags to get the door to open. He then went further to disassemble the latch mechanism and fix the issue. Raul is a super nice guy, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The final bill was very reasonable. We were so blessed by Raul and Locksmith Lion. Highly recommend this company and Raul.
