    Today it was a sad day as I had to say goodbye to my SA Yeni Perez at the Hermes Naples boutique. She worked for Hermes for 13 years and gave nothing but dedication and love to her clients. The new company where she will be going is fortunate to have such a professional and caring person. Hermes, you definitely lost an employee that knows how to connect with all kinds of clients and cultures. I wish her nothing but the best on her new journey .

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to look at a specific purse and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. I finally said excuse me can you help me grab a purse when you get a moment? The sales associate said shed be right back and it was another 20 minutes until I saw her again. Was so rude and condescending the whole time. Was going to buy but was turned off by the poor customer service. I left and bought online. Save yourself the headache and frustration and dont go.

    I dont know the management structure of this organization, however, I can tell you the entire team at corporate is SLEEPING! What a missed opportunity. FOOLS! As I entered the store and I encountered the most arrogant nonexistent staff of my life. When finally approached after 15 minutes, I actually felt uncomfortable being in the store. Sort of like why are you here? And, are you really wearing shorts? Just horrible customer appreciation and consideration for being a customer. Understand, I was in Naples, Florida in June 2023 and it was 91 degrees. Now, money is not a great concern for us, but kindness and customer service is huge. Hermes made a big mistake here in losing a customer for life because of their attitude. You can teach a lot of things in life but there is one thing you cannot teach is attitude. Hermes attitude comes form the top down. What they need to remember is who is buying and that you always get burned form the bottom up. Thats you customer. Not too smart at the training and organizational level. They need to find HUMILITY! Its a grace.

    We have been to Louis Vuitton Gucci in the finest stores around the world. I have never experienced such rudeness and arrogance and poor service in my entire life. No from Greece to Italy to United States. This is the worst customer experience that Ive ever had. These people overcharge and actually think they can get away with it. That is their mantra. Sell stuff thats not that great and be rude to think that you need to get in and actually buy it. What a joke. God bless those of I you that go in there and can actually want spend money because I cant imagine that anybody would go in there to buy some monitored things that are extremely over priced I would consider those people not very smart and self absorbed, but I guess thats their clientele At least when you go to Louis Vuitton, and Gucci they welcome you with open arms. Theyre polite and completely customer service oriented. Yes, all expensive high at the of the day but customer service and appreciation that we are the customers is a big difference between finding appreciation for a customer and complete ignorance and self arrogance . As my final note, tried to return a $1200 belt that I received from my wife for Christmas this year 2023. When I went in, I did not see anything else late and just wanted to receive our money back. That request of course was denied because they had told me that once you buy something you cannot return it you can only get a store credit. I was shocked at the response and said well even Walmart, Louis Vuitton Gucci and Christian Dior still return your money if you dont like something. They said to me that they are not Louis Vuitton or Gucci. Sorry Im so disgusted with this store their inability for customer service and the disgusting ways that they do business that I cant believe anybody would consider shopping there. Like I said , Louis Vuitton Gucci and Christian Dior still return your money if you dont like something. They said to me that they are not Louis Vuitton or Gucci.     I, too, would give this Hermes location zero stars if I could. I had an exchange that I wanted to do in this store for an online purchase. My husband buys Christmas and birthday presents at the same time. So when I walked in to exchange the bracelet (birthday is January 31), I was immediately shut down because i was past the 30 day return policy. To be fair, my husband always makes the company aware he might be going past the 30 days before he completes his purchase. I wasnt asking for money back, but an exchange for an item that was actually more expensive. Having spent my entire career in retail (Saks Fifth Avenue), I know what customer service is and what is takes to make a customer happy. And i know sales associates are able to ask their manager for an exception. She made no effort. I left and called the corporate customer service number and was treated very nicely and fairly. The gentleman solved my problem and sent me a return label. A customer should not have to go through that for a costume jewelry return. RIDICULOUS. I called the store back to speak to a manager. They DONT answer the phone. And they DONT call back. DONT bother.
