        Lack of responsiveness/communication. Have the workers use leaf blowers to blow leaves, grass clippings, debris (garbage) from around the neighbors driveways and street into my yard. My yard is always a mess. I asked that this practice stop but to no avail. When I went out the other day and started to video tape as soon as they saw I was watching and going to videotape they changed direction and blew it down the street.

        Had Marcus May and crew do some yard work for us. Took down 2 trees in the back, added a few plants on the side and extended our front beds. What a great job! Rudy and Yudi, as part of the crew, you were wonderful! Professional, neat and tidy! Would recommend BrightView and would hire them again!

        Marcus May has been outstanding. Quick to come out to Naples Reserve, provide a proposal and see the job through to fruition in a timely manner Also , the irrigation team worked diligently in the heat digging trenches to restore irrigation after a pool install. No easy task Thankful
