Beautiful home...horrible warranty department. Stuck us with an open permit that they promised in writing at closing to void/close, but 2 years later I'm still fighting to get them to void it. They say "it's not our problem, call the contractor". THEY ARE the contractor, they ordered their sub to order the permit. Had several warranty issues & not one was fixed (bad electrical issue, backed up sewer the 1st week we moved in, failed water system). All very costly for US to resolve on our own. Maronda consintantly gave us incorrect updates throughtout the build,In addition, the showertub combo in one bathroom was severly damaged somehow during the build and Maronda did a very poor patchjob to cover it up and are refusing to replace it. Also a month after the closing they still have not fixed several major issues with the house

There is so many issues with my house that we didn't notice upon purchasing the house. The realtor lied about what was coming with the house and we found out from the builders that this same realtor was making promises that were not true to other families as well. I wish I would have known there was so many issues with this house before I bought it cause i wouldn't have purchased it, it was at closing when I had absolutely no other options or place to move that I found out this realtor lied. Tub was broken, tiles and walls were cracked all over the house, garage floor was cracked, theres a huge hole in the wall where a mirror was placed but never properly fixed. When we reached out to the company about all these issues their realtor processed to attack us verbally and said she never lied. All around cheap company horrible experience.
