I used this firm (Naples Glass Cleaning) under the prior owners and they used to be good - excellent quality, reasonable price. This year under new ownership the quality was terrible, and despite having less windows to clean and no screens to clean, they charged 2 1/2 times as much. Never again. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

They cleaned my condo 3 bdrm 2 1/2 bath it took they 4 man hours and their were water spots all over the shower the kitchen floor I used a wet swifter after they left it was filthy. I just got the 167 bill but the more I thought about it the madder I got and dont want any other elderly people like my wife and I taken advantage of. Sad that some many take advantage I should have stayed while they cleaned but wanted to be out of their way. BIG MISTAKE. Never even got a follow up call to check on satisfaction as a first time customer? So they lost the opportunity and please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if a clean home and professional customer service are your priorities
