I just wanted to say how great it is to walk into the house after the ladies have cleaned. The house smells great, the kitchen sink sparkles and everything just looks wonderful, what a pleasure not to have to think about dusting, sweeping, mopping and bathrooms!!! Jenni's crew came to clean my house on several occasions. Each time the 2 ladies who came over were on time, friendly and responsive to requests. They had an organized system of cleaning throughout the house and were super efficient. I would recommend working with Maid Brigade since nice people will work hard for you and give you what you want without resistance. So nice to be able to rely on someone you can trust in your home! I cleaned my own home for my entire life & due to health issues I opted out which was difficult because I am very picky & not 100% comfortable with people in my home, plus I have dogs (also no one could possibly clean as well as me ...right??). I had been through a couple house cleaners & quite frankly the services were just "OK" & also more of an inconvenience, so I always went back to tackling it myself. Well...after not being able to handle it myself, yet once again, & interviewing a few options, I found Maid Brigade of SWFL. I was apprehensive based on past experience; however, this company operates how a company should; An honest, hardworking, kind, prompt, dependable, efficient cleaning team. Jenni, the owner, provides excellent communication & understanding of my specific needs for my home. All my concerns, questions, accommodation with schedule were so easy to address, with a great attitude (she herself came out to view the home for an estimate & has offered to return for any concerns). Plenty of companies I researched in this field were all about the company, not the customer, this company practices to really please the customer with a wonderful attitude which is hard to find in today's world. Jenni, the owner, has been wonderful, my team that comes to my home every 2 weeks is great. One of the best decisions I've made & has made my life easier. I truly loved my experience with this maid brigade naples. They came to our Bonita Springs home for a move out clean. Wish I used them while we lived there. I was so impressed with the secretary/scheduler (lively, fun & bubbly), the three cleaning ladies (friendly, professional & good) then got a follow up message the next day!! What? Its rare to get such all around good experiences in SWFL. I will definitely and have already recommended to friends and family. Make sure you call today to book!
