        I have been using Best Bonita Cleaning for nearly 3 years now and they are unrivaled. We are snowbirds from Ohio and Lucia and her crew still amaze us every time they clean, we wish there was a Best Bonita Cleaning in Cleveland because they are incredible! No detail gets missed, the work is meticulous, you can eat off the floors, and the team is so incredibly trustworthy - if I could give 100 stars I would! They have my highest recommendation for the best cleaning company I've ever had!

        Lucia responded very quickly. Her team works fast and efficiently and did an excellent and thorough job! They even brought out the trash! Im so impressed with the job they did for my moving cleaning job! I highly recommend! Service: Moving-related cleaning

        Unfortunately we didnt get much of a cleaning at all. Were amazed that so many surfaces are still dirty. For the cost, I expected it to be immaculate. I hired another cleaning service to clean a different home in the area the same weekend, they charged $100 less than Lucia and that home looks perfect Our feet are getting dirty from the floor, and it was supposedly cleaned less than a week ago. I cannot recommend. Definitely far from the Best Bonita Cleaning service. Service: Deep clean

        Best cleaning service Ive ever had. They washed my windows, they cleaned out my refrigerator ,they made my stove look like new. My bathroom was a mess they cleaned it and made it look like new, they got the water spots off my shower door and polish the floor so its sparkled. And I cant believe they even change my bed clothes. I cant say enough about this cleaning service. They were just awesome! I will continue using their service as long as they are available. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

      Ms. Black:So sorry to read your comments concerning our recent service at your home. These are completely different than the comments you gave me upon our completion: “ Oh wow! Thank you so much. I feel so much better moving in now that it’s been cleaned!” And now one (1) week later you say you are not pleased. Might it be more a case of buyer’s remorse since you indicated you found another cleaning company to clean another home (??) in the same area for $100 less than our price rather than a poor job on our part! Hmm???As I told you I was and still am prepared to come to your home and correct the deficiencies. You however declined my offer instead requesting a partial refund. We have policy of not offering refunds rather we will correct the deficiencies immediately. I always want my customers to be satisfied, so I went to your home early today to give you the $100 you requested. Even though, I knew you were at home you refused to answer the door and speak to me. I left you a voicemail advising you I am prepared to give you the $100 or clean your home.Lucia Bailey
