        We visit here in November. This is a well run, unique community with friendly people, a great boardwalk and lots of activities. Love that you can walk and enjoy mangroves, landscaping and nature or ride the trams. The beach is lovely and chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach. Great activities, love kayaking here, and the bar and restaurant n the beach are lovely and the food is excellent.

        The process for obtaining a guest pass for the facilities/beach is needlessly difficult and the attendants at the beach entrance are not very helpful at all. The HOA office is also closed all weekend so there is no one available to help. I was the guest of a family member who has lived here for 10+ years and we were treated like criminals for trying to go to the beach. The residences that this HOA caters to are high-end but the customer service is very low-end.
