We have been so pleased with Preferred Care at Home of Naples and working with Alison. She was very thorough and sent us a wonderful caregiver for my aunt, and very quickly. Made the paperwork easy to do by email. Everything was explained to me. No hidden costs. No surprises. We are extremely grateful and thankful to them for their services. I highly recommend Preferred Care at Home of Naples.

I highly recommend their services. Alison helped me set-up in-home care for my father after the sudden loss of my mother. Alison worked fast to ensure wonderful, consistent caretakers for my dad. She allowed me to have peace of mind knowing he had uninterrupted, compassionate care. Alison is a great communicator and was a reassuring presence throughout our time working together. I don't write reviews often but I know similar 5 star reviews led me to Alison and her team and I am so grateful that I found them. You won't regret working with them.

The kindness that this group shared with my family as they took care of my dad in his final days was off the charts. I am forever grateful to Alison, Stacy and the entire group. Its a thankless job in many ways and I cannot thank them enough.
