The nurse that finally showed up to provide post operative care was clueless and recalcitrant and refused to address my difficulties in breathing and other issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would not recommend. The owner Louise is not a nice person, she verbally mistreats. Their RN staff is unprofessional lacking up to date training and basic skills. They do not follow any protocols, even basic hand washing. They schedule their time to meet their needs not the patient. Very sloppy nursing.

I have never seen a more dedicated, compassionate, experienced staff, management or ownership than I have with AmeriCare Home Health Services.   The owners are fantastic, the varied disciplines are very highly regarded, especially the phenomenal RN's who are responsible, knowledgeable and professional. The trust and caring team provides exemplary service to the patients. I wouldn't want any other agency!
