        One of my fav stores in Naples! The owner is absolutely amazing and the whole team is wonderful to shop with. You can tell that every item in the store is well thought out when picked out. Such a beautiful store and equally amazing team - if you like to host, give gifts, or just like interior or self care - this is the best store I could recommend.

        I bought 5 ice scoops at full price because they look so nice with quality wood handles and I thought they would make great gifts. When I got home I put the scoop in ice and then handle broke off. I took the one scoop back with the receipt and was told by the owner that they do not accept returns on any condition. She added that she had only bought 8 of those and wasn't buying them any longer. How do you feel about a store that won't stand behind her product? I would beware of shopping there. I won't return ever again!

        FeelAtHom is one of Napless true gems! Especially the wonderfully bubbly owner, Kate Sofranko. You can get lost in her exquisite store, the bountiful selections and the warm feeling to it all. Ill be shopping here for the rest of time!

      Hi Carol B.As the owner, I remember checking you out on April 19th for the ice scoops. Our store policy is 3 days for returns. I saw that you had purchased two months ago, and when you came back July 31, I unfortunately could not accept the late return because of our store policy. I did not use the term final sale. I apologized as I saw it was frustrating to you. As a small business, I have to stand by my policy and cannot make exceptions this far out of our return window because it would be unfair to anyone else, unless there was a manufacturer defect of some sort, which didn’t seem the case because the other three scoops you purchased were not in question regarding their quality. So, it’s confusing to hear that our product quality is low, when you didn’t try to return all four… I do hope you decide to shop with us again and in the future, make sure to stay within our 3 day return window.
