This review is specifically for our technician, Israel Hernandez, and not a reflection of our feelings about Elxai generally (which would not earn 5 starts). Israel has been great to work with -- he is knowledgeable, professional, and considerate.

ANTHONY P, from Elxai, was at our house today to change over what was thought to be a defective Lutron RAA2 dimmer switch. He changed the dimmer switch but the problem persisted. Anthony then realized that the problem wasn't the switch at all. The chandelier connected to the switch was drawing too much wattage for the switch! In addition to resolving this issue, Anthony was very helpful in correcting some programming issues and made some changes that I requested. Finally, he provided me with an export of the programmed settings of the numerous Lutron RRA2 keypads which will be very helpful for me to understand which lights are controlled by the specific keys; what settings each controlled light is set to (intensity level... etc); and a good graphic of each keypad. This understanding is what will allow me to make specific requests for the final programming. To conclude, I was very happy with Anthony's work today.
