Full of broken machines

Not enough free weights, the small free area with dumbbells and benches is always overcrowded. Equipment is consistently broken and not fixed. Just a sign hung on or placed near by that it will be fixed soon. People just sit on machines and look at their phones. But hey, everyone uses the toxic spray to wipe down the machines!!

Ive been a loyal member for 1 1/2 years and today I experienced unprofessionalism by young staff members whom clearly dont pay attention and dont perform their job properly. Gym rules are clear that multiple machines are not to be used or claimed at once. I went to an open machine not being used and was approached by a very large man in a very hostile and intimidating manner (also violating gym rules) . He kicked me off the machine by removing my lat pull down bar and tossing it across the floor and proceeded to sit down and workout. My husband witnessed and came to my defense and words were exchanged. The large intimidating man threatened my husband and I and my husband replied with do whatcha gotta do. The large man then approached staff and flipped the script by complaining about us when he was the instigator. We are disappointed in the staff and how that handled this matter as they know us very well being there daily for the last 1 1/2 years and having a great relationship with the staff, and this is the first time weve seen the large man at the gym. Staff asked us to leave and we refused as we were the victims and police were called at the large mans request playing victim. We had a nice conversation with the responding officers and a chuckle over the ridiculousness and decided to call it a day. We would like a call from management to dicuss further.
