Cancelations, double booking appointments, and waiting hours are par for the course.
When I arrived for my appointment today (which had previously been cancelled and rescheduled) there was an angry mob of patients still waiting hours to be seen many hours past their appointment times. I was told "we might get to you in several hours if at all today", at least the receptionist was nice enough to say that they didn't need to charge my copay since I most likely wouldn't be seen. After waiting for a while with no end in sight I decided to leave and find another doctor.
Dr. Cohen is undoubtedly the best in his field in SW Florida but if you can't ever actually have an appointment then what's the point?
As an addendum: the younger male working at the desk making jokes about patient wait times and frustration was completely unprofessional.
