They are not open 24 hours a day. They usually close at 11:00 pm.

The pumps are unbelievably slow and dont lock. Once you start pumping, the pump hits you with advertisements (like the ads you get in the back of a cab) while you stand there stuck for 2-3 minutes. Ive never experienced something like this. Hellish, dystopian business practice but glad the owner has come up with an additional revenue stream. What has the world come to.

Gas pumps are very slow on most of them. Owner needs to fix this. Its very annoying. Good luck

Today was the first time I came to this gas station. The place is clean and well stuck and the cashier was kind, it even has hot food for to-go purchases which I think is a plus. However I have to say that a lot of Shell Gas Stations are missing something and this one is no exception. The cashier has no idea about the Shell App existence and and how it works which seems absurd ring a shell gas station. Shell offers its customers the option to earn rewards with their credit card and then they came up with an app so you can add your card and pay from the app for gas and anything inside the store, this way you earn more rewards. I pulled up the payment code and asked the cashier to scan it, I explained to her that she just needed to choose on her computer that I was paying with card and then scan the QR code as she would scan any item and the payment would go through. I have done that in other shell gas stations and even though they had no idea before, they did it, learned and thanked me. However the lady here, looked at me with fear in her eyes because she didnt know how to do it, I tried for her to follow the guidance and try it, however she wanted to go talk to the manager to know if she could do it! I just paid with cash and left, I wasnt going to stand waiting for so long for something that would take 30 seconds. Are you kidding me? It made me think that this places manager is not competent enough to train their employees correctly or well enough to have autonomy for a simple thing. They are wasting time, there was a line behind me too. Again she felt scared like she was going to be scolded! I found this to be very ridiculous and disappointing that a human being feels like that at work! And this is only the managers fault for not giving their employees enough confidence in doing their daily activities with autonomy without their approval. Managers should be in charge of bigger challenges not following every single step their employees do. For this I wont come back here again because I can use my app and earn points inside which is the whole purpose of having Shells credit card and app.
