        I was on hold for ten minutes then my call was dropped. I called back a disheveled associate who didnt introduce herself offered to assist me, during our engagement she represented as lazy, rude and uniformed about my inquiry, a $1,500.00 stool measurement. Their website had 3 different depth measurements. Before I ordered 8 stools I needed solid information. Sales lady lacked resourcefulness, she was useless. She also spoke over me. Socially inept.

        We worked directly with Alison. She was helpful, friendly and easygoing. We bought a bedroom set (Kincaid) and a mattress (Kingsdown) and couldnt be happier. The price was right, the delivery guys were awesome, and everything looks great. No wonder these guys rank #1 furniture store in Naples.
