Clinton Potter

I was denied by Walgreens today for trying to fill my prescriptions due to an unexpected loss of Dr. Potter. As understanding of a situation as this is, I contacted Naples Aim to address that I needed my scripts reissued. I was given the run around and was told that I would need to start over and pay again for my new visit and reissued scripts, and essentially they would not honor my prior $650 July visit. I feel this was handled completely wrong, unethical, and unfortunate. I referred a patient for $6,000 in stem cells 2 months prior, I have personally spent thousands over the last few years with this clinic, and now I’m being treated like a third class passenger. Dr. Potter was wonderful and I’m forever grateful of his services and professionalism, and I’m sorry that Naples Aim could not maintain the professional legacy beyond him. I’ve probably referred 10 or more clients over the years, and today I’m DONE! You can deal with the American Express dispute department. Have a good day!

Dr. Clinton Potter and his staff are awesome! I have been under Dr. Potters care for a few years now and I can’t say enough how happy I have been with each visit. They are all so professional and make you feel special. Due to Dr. Potters care my physical and mental health have improved tremendously:) I highly recommend their services!

The initial telemedicine consultation went well, the doctor acknowledged my concerns and was very positive. This is where the positive experience ended. Afterwards I contacted the office to make payment for my consult and required lab work. I waited a week for the lab work information before calling their office. I was told it had been sent to my email address, I had been checking my inbox and spam daily and did not receive the information. The next time I called I was told I could just call the lab and did, they had no record of my information. After using the web based email app on their site I finally received the lab request and then my phone messages were spammed by either their system or the wonderful assistant that answers their phones. I called the day after my lab work because the lab technician stated that testing would be completed by the next morning. Again, I called the office, the assistant told me it would be two weeks before the results would be available and they would call me to schedule my appointment. The results were completed five days after the testing, I waited almost three weeks before calling the office, I had to leave a message. I tried to contact and schedule the next appointment eleven times. I found another Dr. and was able to schedule the appointment the next day.
