If you have a piece of clothing that is special or important. Do not risk using this company. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to tell the tale of horrors I had to endure using this company. Imagine bringing a beautiful vintage wedding dress for a simple cleaning. When an entire month goes by while you constantly call asking what is going on. Finally they decide to tell the truth that they've completely ruined your precious wedding dress by over steaming it. Now a month before your wedding you're sick to your stomach because a special dress belonging to family carried down to you has been ruined and completely needs to be replaced. Yes they fixed it. Was it worth the horror and stress? No. A place that advertises cleaning wedding gowns is the same place that destroys them with their carelessness. They also took their time having the audacity to ask me if I "needed the dress". Oh I don't know? Maybe for my WEDDING next month?? Horrible.
