Spent 30 minutes on the phone as the first caller and no one picked up. Thank God my prescription wasn't a life or death matter...oh 24min later and still waiting. Would be 0 stars but that isn't an option.

good luck trying to reach them on the phone. They NEVER answer. I was on hold for over 40 minutes. It takes nearly a minute of BS like "free covid tests" and "our pharmacy is having lunch during xxx hours" before their customer avoidance system lets you choose an option. Its voice only with third rate voice detection software. I'm a native english speaker and their system couldn't guess the correct word I said more often than not. I gave up. It took me just a couple of minutes to call CVS and arrange for them to transfer my prescriptions.

Pharmacists are extremely lazy and dont do there jobs by ordering a medication a patient needs. Rude and incompetent. No professionalism whatsoever. Do not go to this Walgreens if you need a medication because youll die waiting for it.

Horrible pharmacy. They dont answer phone calls at all. Walgreens needs more staff. Switch to another pharmacy.
