        It used to be a really nice Walgreens. All the cashiers were friendly. Not anymore. I dont know what happened. I go in there at least once a week. Sidenote: You always have to ask to use your points or money (coupons) - that could be a corporate thing though. They arent allowed to ask.

        Merchandise was not placed in bag at checkout. Called for a refund. Was hung up on by Don twice!

        The manager is really rude. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL whatsoever. I have had bad bad experience before but I thought I give them another chance. No wonder this location has very bad reputation. I cannot believe that somebody like her could be employed. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens again to any locations. It's just not worth my time.

        Brianna, the pharmacy operations manager is a nasty person with vinegar running through her veins. A person who is this mean and hateful should not be in a position interfacing with other people. Period. I hope Walgreens drive through records prescription pickups so they can review and address abusive personnel. This was completely unacceptable.
