        My primary health care professional, Kearston Perfetto, is wonderful. She seems to authentically care about my well being. The bureaucracy at Millennium is terrible. I left a message that I had a positive COVID test and wanted advice. No one got back to me. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I wish Kearston would relocate to another provider. I will follow her.

        Really awful phone system. When you call and get put on hold it's a jumbled mess of different "please wait" type line, that even interrupt each other? Also, the website they use for checking in, etc. is really out-of-date.
