Started with 9:20 am appointment in Naples for Cataract surgery., i woke up in recovery seeing my wife being treated for heat stroke. It was past 12 pm and per their policy, rides had to wait outside. Three hours! Thanks to nurse who was sent to get my ride to see my 72 year old wife's distress. For months now, more of the same. Dr. Zimms gatekeepers are effective in not letting you see Dr. in person. Bottom line, i wish i never walked through one of his five satellite offices three years ago. Try first appointment, after lunch appointments?, You will get like anyone else who asks, OUT of season even, not going to happen. Lucky if you even get in within 1/2 hour of appointment time. . Sat in one off his 5 offices not realizing Naples is his only operating suite. When looking for an experienced doctor, do not rely on reviews alone. Truly believe you would be treated better in Jamaica, where he has his ministry. One note, his staff in Naples are first rate, too bad they didnt schedule too. date today. November 2, 2022

Dr. Zimm did cataract surgery on my father and we could not be happier. He and his staff were so caring and thoughtful.

The office is very nice (and clean) and the staff are very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Zimm is extremely knowledgeable and reviewed all of my options. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I will recommend this office to anyone - and now my husband will be a patient!
