        What a terrible experience with staff in this office. Pretty rude front desk staff forcing me to get the apt with Dr Capelle after they canceled my cleaning apt without me knowing anything. The Cuban in the front desk was threatening me that I have to pay full appt if I wanted to leave so I was pretty afraid to have problems with my insurance. On top of that- someone left a VM telling me the cleaning apt would the Dec 7th but apt never was made at all. I tried to make the apt and they told me for next year. What a joke of office and staff. Sadly bc Dr Capelle is nice. Please avoid this dental place!
