After going to Park Dental ONCE I had enjoyed the experience. I had just gotten back from Costa Rica with my boyfriend after 2 years+ and was excited to be back in a civilized place. After probably one of the longest cleanings and x-ray sessions with my hygienist who was very nice (wish I remembered her name) I was told all my teeth were in good condition by the dentist. Which was surprising to me because before leaving for CR I had to get many cavities filled and a root canal procedure. I expected at least one or two needing to be filled again. Nope - they said all good. Around 2-3 weeks later I had intense pain in one of my bottom teeth in the back. After returning to the dentist as an emergency I was in pain blaming it on myself not brushing enough after food the night before or whatever.. But after another examination with a different dentist at the office, same response as before I had no problems. No work needed to be done at this time. My filling must just be sensitive and MAYBE in another 6 months something might need a filling.. So another few weeks roll by and I get a call from one of their receptionists, "Zena" asking when I am going to be making my appointment for the "work" I need done. I was very confused considering my last interaction with the dentist when she told me that my teeth were all A-OK. After calling the office back asking to speak with either one of the dentists I had I was told that wasn't possible. They told me I would receive a call later that day explaining this women's voicemail. Three days go by and still no call. I wanted to know what work they were referring to, what the confusion was, and now I was in a panic and a little bit of pain still not to mention. When I called the dentist back I only got the receptionist who left me that crazy confusing voicemail in the first place, Zena. She was very rude speaking over me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say at all. At the end of the conversation while reviewing my file she says, "I see you also needed some resin work done to your front teeth..." Shocked she would refer to something that isn't immediate or necessary for my health my response was, "I'm not sure why you would bring up a cosmetic issue but when I am ready to make that commitment I will make my appointment. Thank you." After that terrible conversation she took it upon herself to actually speak with the dentists since she knew she was confused who then repeated my original diagnosis in another voicemail later saying that "Yes, we will just keep on eye on them." Like how confusing and scary??? Get your facts straight before calling a patient and scaring them half to death. After reflecting upon that AND my boyfriends experience (who will also be writing a review) Park Dental is just another office trying to get your money first before anything else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Money first, patient later.

Know anyone that hates going to the dentist?? That would have been me...but not now after going to Park Family Dental. Call me a chicken but have not had good experiences in the past and I always would get really nervous. The relaxed feeling and great staff made me feel right at home and everyone made a visit into the room to welcome me and introduce themselves. AND....it didn't hurt a bit! Thank you everyone at Park Family Dental! Nancy Sustersic

I chipped a tooth the day after my wedding (I know, right?). I am relatively new to the area, and I didn't have a dentist, so I googled "dentist". Boom. I got an appointment for the next day, and when I got there, everybody was incredibly courteous. The ladies in the office made me feel like a lifelong customer. I will absolutely make them my regular dentist.

This is BY FAR the absolute BEST dentist I have EVER gone to! I couldn't say enough good things about them. As long as I can I don't plan on ever going to another dentist. Not only are they extremely thorough and comprehensive with your teeth, everybody who works there is always so nice and pleasant and friendly, somehow it seems much more then the average nice and friendly. And they pay attention to so many nice little details. The first dental chair I sat in was facing a window which looked out upon a tree with a bird feeder hanging from it. The lights in the ceiling have pictures of looking up at the sky and like your looking up at hot air balloons. They have nice free stuff for your teeth in the waiting room as well as granola bars which I thought was cool. Plus they have a customer appreciation dinner which my mom went to and she said it was super awesome, like a big party. Anyway there's plenty more good stuff where that came from.
