We were very grateful that Tim was able to fit my husband in with a dental emergency the day before a long trip. Dr. Perez is a great dentist. The office is clean and all of staff is so personable. I spent many hours there with my husband and Tim & Phillip were very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed.

I was beyond satisfied with the service and staff at Naples Bay Dental Group. Philip Gallet was very professional and friendly when he greeted me and checked me in for my appointment. Next, Sindy Torres wrote down my information and answered my questions as she took pictures and X-rays for the Dr to review. She was a very nice young lady. I proceeded to the examining room where Dr Perez explained throughly her recommendations and answered my concerns very professionally. I requested a printout of the cost after my insurance was applied and Timothy Nordic provided it for me as he explained everything in detail so I would understand. Lllyan Orruel was the dental hygienist that did the best teeth cleaning I ever had! She was very thorough and was so sweet and friendly. All and all, everyone was friendly and professional. I felt at ease the whole time and will definitely return for all my dental needs. I was also very impressed with the state of the art equipment that is used at this office!
