This Law Firm is absolutely horrible.. Musca certainly takes your call and money immediately, assured us our son would know he had representation at hearing. That never happened !! Guided us to an unethical bondsman. Bond was set at 100,000 he wanted 50,000 cash and horses or gold for the remainder. Thankfully we researched that part and only paid 10,000 We went with Musca 5 star reviews to help our innocent son. Marissa his associate that had my sons case only would discuss a plea for him. Never diligently looked into the case. Encouraged my son to take a plea of 5 yrs in prison or charges will be stacked. We wised up took the loss of money paid to Musca and found an ethical educated compassionate lawyer who reviewed my sons case and new Not Guilty was the only result. My son recently was found innocent by a jury of his peers. He walked away a free man. The jury only deliberated for 10 minutes.. Never having knowledge of a criminal case before I strongly advise look elsewhere if your innocent

Long process, great result. The SWFL legal apparatus can be a grindwheel. This legal team is resourceful and experienced. The managing partner, John is on any concern you may have. They do have a long roster of select attorneys and will fit you right (ask for Monica Fish or Andrew Mcgann). My case was a criminal misdemeanor and I am very happy with it resulting in a dismissal by hearing. Just beware, it is a loooong process.
