I needed more information than provided for by Amazon so I used the phone number listed on Amazon. I was greeted by Kate who was very polite and professional. She answered my questions and I decided to purchase the scooter since I could get it sooner than by Amazon. I hope the scooter works out well when it gets here and I appreciate all the help from Kate.

Fantastic experience. I was thinking about a product, added it to my cart but didn't finish the purchase. I received a follow-up text from Kate, offering to help, answer any questions, etc. and offering a 15% discount. We exchanged texts to confirm that I would receive the product by a certain date. When we confirmed that, Kate sent an invoice by email reflecting the discount and I completed the purchase directly from a link in the email. Excellent overall process and fantastic service by Kate. Thank you Kate!
