Who claims to be manger there was an older lady shouldnt even be an employee at all . Ran to the door as I was walking up and locks it screaming we are closed go away while I just watched a customer come out I said all I need is gas the younger gentleman working there was no harm went to go tell her and I can hear her scream at him and me no no we are closed go away storms to the door unlocks it screaming go away google is wrong Im the manger I own this like a crackhead looking for a stash absolutely ridiculous.- 2100 Goodlette Rd

On 11/7/23 I visited Rebel 844 at 2100 Goodlette Rd N, Naples, FL 34102. I paid $25 on my card for Petrol at the counter but was unable to get the Petrol pump working. I was told this transaction is cancelled and then paid a further $25 on my card. I only used $23.88 of this and that was the amount taken from my card but also the original $25 was also taken from my card. I called at the Petrol station for a $25 refund but was told they cannot give refunds and that I had to contact head office for a refund. I have contacted their head office by email and via their online contact and I have been ignored. It is no longer about the $25 but warning customers that this could happen to them. Their response is unbelievable. I would avoid REBEL like the plague.
