These guys put up a shutter at my townhouse, said removal was included. Paid them upfront and they never returned to remove them.

Came to check on repair or replacement of loose screens on lanai. Was able to refasten two openings with spline tool and did repair at no charge. Would send anyone to them for home repair or maintenance as needed for a fix or quote. Thanks to Matt for his help.

Tried to hire this company for a few jobs. I want to have my channel drain cleaned out, an area of my gutter repaired and my pool cage re-screened. 2 of the jobs were reasonable but the pool cage came at $3500 when my last quote for the same cage/screen was $1800. I did not want to pay the $3500 for the re-screen but wanted to the other 2 jobs completed for $170. Since I didn't hire him for the re-screen, he said he wouldn't complete the job. Emails took 24 hours or so to respond too and most emails got no response. Once he did respond, he argued with me through emails and then said they had $150 job minimum due to inflation and high gas prices even though that was never explained to me in the beginning..At this point, I'll just do it myself for a fraction of the cost since I can't find anyone who wants to actually work at a reasonable price. I'd give 0 stars but that isn't an option. Very unreasonable and not willing to work unless they get every job instead of some jobs.
