WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. She is a thief. My friend was forced to sue her to retrieve thousands of dollars she had kept, after she sold their furniture. Update from "the owners" response below: If it's not your business anymore, what is your name? It's certainly a very defensive and suspicious response you've given below, with no name attached. I'm inclined to believe, like everything else I've been told by this company, this is not the truth. Why would someone take over a company with a terrible reputation and keep that owner's name? Do not sell to this woman. She does not reimburse without continual requests; emails calls etc And even then she doesnt pay you what you are owed She has sold numerous items of mine and now doesnt even respond. Jan Is the queen of deceit! Update: Interesting that after numerous calls and emails I finally got a response because of my negative review. Not by the owner of course. And they will forward my past due check for over a 1000 dollars And rather than try to handle this matter as a business professional they want to punish me by having the rest of my furniture, 32 items out of the store within 24 hours. We are currently out of state. If anyone wants some free furniture (most of it never used) please respond to this thread Second update: We received two checks in seven months. One which bounced and only after numerous phone calls and emails did we receive those To date, she still has not forwarded our final payment which is well over a thousand dollars. As a public service to our community I am writing to urge you not to sell to this woman Third update: Still have not received a check for our sold items. Over a thousand dollars, plus our other furniture which she has in her possession Again, I feel that this is a public service warning to our community Do not sell to this woman

Went in on a whim after searching for the highest google rated furniture consignment shop in Naples. I was also searching for a store that carried top brands. I did not go there looking for cheap but rather top quality and excellent condition. Left with some magnificent pieces that are being delivered a day later. Thank you Amy. I will be back
