My daughter bought a pair of shoes here and paid $320 for them. Within less than 20 minutes of arriving at home and putting them on the shoes started to fall apart. I had her immediately take them back to the store only to be told they would only give her a store credit. They wouldnt even give her a refund to cover the repair of the shoes. If you buy something here, I recommend you try it on in store and walk around with it a while to ensure it is not going to fall apart immediately once you leave.

True Fashionistas in North Naples is an awesome consignment store with higher end designer clothing and accessories for both men and women. There is also a decent selection of home furnishings. You can also consign your own designer items. Most everything in the store is in like new condition or better. The store is very large and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store for those looking for that great designer bargain.

I was disappointed how my consignment had been handled. First everything was fine and I got a text that my handbag was damaged and then donated. I packed the item and it was perfectly fine. Why would I send a damaged item in the first place? After I asked to speak with the owner, I was told they had managers for that. The next text said they had bought the item and would be sending a check. They did sent the check for way less than I imagined. So if it was donated why would they send a check? WORSE experience. Be very careful what you consign with this store BEWARE.
