Naples Auto Donation Center

Buyers Beware : They sold me a vehicle that had severe structural damage and a major oil leak. They lulled me into thinking they were different than other car dealers. I had established a relationship and looked at this vehicle for a while. I was told it was one of the founder's wife's vehicle, and a great vehicle. Greg told me they were an honest dealer and were givng back to the community, they gave back everything to charity, to help children. Well, this said vehicle developed a major oil leak two weeks after purchasing it. I tried to sell it to CarMax as I could not afford the costly repairs, only to find out the vehicle had sustained an accident and had severe structural damage. UGH ! CarMax offered me 500, 8500 leass than what Naples Auto Donation had me pay for it. I am a single mom and teacher and so I asked NADC to help at least pay for the oil leak, or acknowledge the price of the vehicle was not fair. So maybe a credit towards the price. After several phone calls with Greg, who spoke with Joe, and bringing all of this to their attention, and asking for their help to make this right, at LEAST with repair costs to the oil leak, they said , " Too bad, you bought it. " NADC would not return my phone calls, nor would they help with the oil leak repairs. It is a shame, what is the point of a CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION that " rips off " their customers ? You have been warned.

I went over to the Naples Car Donation Center not knowing what to expect. All I knew for sure was I was tired of a $400 car payment and wanted a nice car at a fair price! Instead what I got was a great car at a exceptional price! I paid cash and drive out in a beautiful mint condition C280 Mercedes. Greg and Jennifer both are amazing people and to know that what they do there helps different charitable organization is amazing! I will highly recommend any of my friends that are looking for a great car at a fair price!
