My experience at Volvo of Naples was probably the best car dealership experience I've ever had. The process was super smooth, quick, and everyone was very nice & patient. There was no one chasing you down on the lot or pressuring you into anything unnecessary. Fritz was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the features on my new Volvo.

Service was delayed because of lack of part in inventory. Then, Wrong part installed to fix check engine light. So, light still on after paying for that needless service. Couldnt connect to service advisor for vehicle status. Not a great experience. Update 4//3/24: After my last review. I received a call from the general manager and service head to rectify my previous experience. For my next visit on 4/4/24, they have offered a courtesy car, at cost correct replacement part and free labor to install. I am impressed on Volvo of Naples really and positively responding to my earlier experience. Thank you for doing a great follow up and response.
