        Im a New member, 1st the staff really trains you, really cares, and really pushes you 2nd; They developed a system which makes you work really hard , but is actually fun 3. You are learning skills and techniques while getting in shape and Im not in shape yet 4. Dollar for dollar the monthly membership fee is a bargain when you consider the amount of one on one training that they provide you 5. Im a busy guy , its great that I dont have to come at a set time. I can start whenever I want
