$99 Teeth whitening an absolute waste of money. I was able to do it for all of 9 minutes before I couldnt stop gagging and had to take the tray out. Front desk would not comp me for the service or discount it even though I also paid for a pedicure. Poor customer service.

Love the atmosphere but unfortunately their scheduling is awful. I had scheduled nails for my wedding for a few bridesmaids and I a month in advance. I Called back a week or so before to double check our reservation and they lost the reservation. Fixed it over the phone and then showed up for my reservation and they didnt have us written down anywhere. It was the day before my wedding so I had to frantically find somewhere else to get my bridal party and Is nails done. Never been back, really disappointing because its cute in there .

Made an appointment yesterday at 3 pm for a pedi. Waited 45 minutes. When asked them what was taking so long they said the previous clients were running late. Why should all the rest of your customers pay the price of waiting around 45 minutes when one client was not respectful enough to show on time. They should have turned the client away after 10 minutes of running late so it does not affect the rest of the schedule, but instead they proceeded to lie for 45 minutes telling me that it was going to be any minute now. Such disrespect for their costumers. I left, headed to the salon next door next to fresh market and my pedi turned out great!
