I moved to Naples for the season. I chose this place based on the reviews. Call them at 10 am requesting an appointment for 1pm or any time in the afternoon. I was assured that a stylist will call me back. I waited 2 hrs and called back informing them that it was very important for me to have my hair done for that evening. I was assured again that I will be contacted and that I was covered and not to be concerned. The afternoon passed, nobody contacted me and when I called later that afternoon nobody answered the phone. I found it extremely disrespectful, ignorant and rude. I cant understand why they didnt tell me that there was no opening for that day knowing how important it was for me to have my hair done so I would be able to go somewhere else.

Dao did a great job with my hair! It usually can get dry but it felt so soft and I love the natural color!! Service: Hairstyling

Square 1 is under new ownership and  an amazing salon. Alexandria gives a fabulous facial and the hairdressers are top notch. Definitely worth going!
