Gold Coast Renovation

Overwhelmingly happy! Tony and the entire Gold Coast team are more than 5 stars! We were out of state for the renovation and we had complete confidence that a great job was being done. Gold Coast's use of Builder Trend software helped us track and see progress and budgeting. We worked with the team from the moment we purchased our condo until the finishing touches were done. Tony, Joey, Brittnee, Hayley, Melanie and Mike helped navigate us through a challenging HOA approval, permitting, architectural changes, design selections and actual construction. Fabulous from start to finish!

Gold Coast Renovation did a great job designing and remodeling our two bathrooms. Their staff is absolutely great and did fantastic in choosing colors and materials. We are very pleased with the finished project.

We had an excellent experience with Gold Coast Renovation. Every step of the process was an experience of great quality. Communication with every team member was quick and always expressed to the whole team. The team helped with choosing every design aspect of our renovation. From tile to countertops, flooring to appliances, and lighting and to plumbing fixtures. They also designed and installed a smart home. Huge shoutout to Tony C, Tony B, Haylee, Brittnee, Joey, Chris, and John. Your help and expertise made our transition from a vacation home to a forever home seamless. Our renovation was completed when they predicted completion. We had the opportunity to pop in during various stages of the renovation, as we were up north during construction. We saw many stages of the construction , and we were very impressed with the quality of work and the cleanup at the end of each day. We are so very pleased with our new home. It was such a great experience working with Gold Coast.

Wish I could give Gold Coast 6 stars. Our experience was very positive from the first time we met to the end. It was so easy to go to their show room and choose our flooring, our bath tiles and our quartz. Tiffany and Haley were awesome in helping to find sinks, faucets, mirrors, ect. Our on site visit with Tony gave us the opportunity to discuss floor plan changes. He had many great ideas. Some we went with and some we did not. We worked together to figure it all out. There were change orders made along the way. All with a phone call and printed out clearly what the added costs would be. We started out with Donato as our project manager but half way through the job Michael came onto the project. He was easy to communicate with. Always a phone call or text away. He seemed to manage any issues that came up, quickly and efficiently. We did a pretty extensive renovation. We were fortunate to have the time to make many of our selections a few months before the demo started. Gold Coast arrived Feb 15 to start demo. Over the next 6 months I must say they were there almost daily. We were able to move in on Aug 2. Gold Coast wanted to take the pool project under their umbrella. There was no pool when we bought the house and the pool guy was most difficult to communicate with and although it all turned out beautiful in the end, he was the most challenging to work with. Gold Coast also stands behind their work. All punch list items were attended to in a prompt and timely fashion. We clearly love our newly renovated home thanks to Gold Coast

Two years ago, we began looking for a reputable company who could do a small remodel project for us - originally we were hoping to redesign and remodel two bathrooms. From the beginning, Gold Coast was professional and creative. Tony and Joey helped us see possibilities within our condo which we had not seen - the closing of a door and the moving of our laundry room were just the beginning of what ended up being a larger project than we originally set about doing. We better utilized spaces, Gold Coast was willing to use some original materials to help us save on cost, and, 6 months later, we have a more usable, efficient and beautiful space than we dreamed of having. And, I haven't even mentioned the actual work: our onsite project manager was completely can-do and the subs who work with Gold Coast reflect Tony's desire for professionalism and perfectionism. Michael, our project manager, worked through every detail and punch list item with the same energy at the end that he did at the beginning. We are so grateful to have found Gold Coast.
