        Terrible customer service. I had asked if the lady at the front desk can help me get $2 bills and she just said: We dont have any. Then I went home and did some research and it turned out the bank can order the bills for you. The bank teller didnt even bother informing the customer and maybe offer to order me some. She also had a bit of an attitude and didnt even look at me as she was assisting me. Disappointed in the service.

        I just used the great services at B-of-A branch at 4912 Tamiami East. As a visitor to the area, I walked in for the first time asking for a notary service for an urgent document I had to send today. The teller was just wonderful and introduced me to Daniel who took care of me in just 10 minutes. Everything was properly notarized and stamped and my document got where it needed to go with time to spare. Great service.
