We received great service. John is a honest and very knowledgeable owner. He encountered some issues with our hardtop convertible. He put in extra time and effort to resolve the problem and stood by his original estimate.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Employees are so kind, work is impeccable, and the timing unreal. I took may Avalon in for an armrest and console re upholster in the mid morning and got a call that is was ready in the mid afternoon!.Fabulous!

I would give 10 stars if I could. From my first interaction with Justin on the phone to meeting John, I was confident I was dealing with two men of the highest integrity. We brought our Mustang to Florida to retire only to realize it had a leak. John diagnosed the issues right away. We were overdue for a new top. In addition, he assured me moisture in the car would be remediated and all drains cleared. He also educated me on maintaining a convertible to get optimal life out of the top. He gave me a very fair price and accommodated my complicated schedule. He kept me posted on the status of the repair and returned the car in pristine condition. I was treated with utmost respect - something women dont always see when dealing with vehicles. Look no further. You will be very pleased.

I've known John and his family a very long time. He has always been very honest and courteous. If your going to get any trim work done make sure you choose Collier custom auto trim where professional is number one and the work they do is quality that will last.
