Had my Jeep towed in, never been to NAR before, and they got right on it and fixed the starter and water pump within a day. Got the Jeep home and wouldn't start the next day--had it towed back. They had to take apart the engine to find out what was wrong--turned out to be a cracked head gasket, they gave me repair, replace or get rid of the Jeep options. They recommended I trade it in and I'm sure lost money on it because of all the time it took to figure out what was wrong--and they took the time to explain all the options to me. Great people and I'll be taking both of our vehicles there from now on!

Rich and David and the whole team are some of the most honest, hardworking, and reliable mechanics I have ever worked with. It can be hard finding a trustworthy mechanic, especially as a single woman who doesnt know everything there is to know about cars but the guys here are always patient, care enough to explain everything to me, and consistently do trustworthy and dependable work on my car. I wouldnt bring my Chevy equinox anywhere else in Naples! Thanks so much guys!!
