How do you get a hold of a Public Defender after one leaves SEVERAL phone messages and e-mails for a couple months and cannot even get an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that it was received?? Any suggestions?

I asked this public PRETENDER to do one thing for me... " get me a time served deal" at my arraignment . One of the easiest and simplest request. Her name is GABRIELA TRABAZO and she did exactly the opposite of what I asked her. She told me they didn't have a deal for me. I called her a week later and she must of forgot who I was or her lie because she finally told me that in fact they did offer a deal of 45 days time served. I asked why she told me there was no deal and she said she must of gotten confused? Like I said I asked her one request this is nearly impossible to be this bad at your job it seems as if she went out of her way to lie because I continued to call her every week and she assured me she would fix it and get my court date moved sooner so I could serve the 45 day sentence which would end up being 40 days because you gain 5 days every 30 days anyway like I mentioned she assured me she would get the court date moved sooner I called her multiple times left messages she said she was getting it done but didn't actually get it done until 53 day into my sentence so I nearly did over 2 weeks in the county jail because GABRIELA could not preform the most basic service of a public defender. I don't know how she still has a job or if she just personally wanted me to sit in jail longer but that is crazy like I said in the beginning I made it extremely clear all I said was that I wanted time served deal. When I confronted her about it at court and over the phone she said she just made a mistake but she had nearly a month to fix it she makes absolutely no sense. UNREAL!
