Both Ms. Andrews and Mr. Licht are of the highest quality , professionalism and expertise one could ever hope for! I have entrusted this firm with my personal taxes for many years, following Mr. Licht.

I found my experience with Licht & Andrews to be extraordinarily unprofessional. On the morning of my appointment not 2 hours out from our scheduled meeting time I was given a call by an assistant informing me that the CPA would need to reschedule, up to an entire week out.
I understand that sometimes life does not go as planned and rescheduling is a part of going with the flow. However, when operating in an industry like finance, building trust with your clients is a key to success. Passing the buck onto your assistant to reschedule last minute, with no explanation or forewarning, to a time far in the future, is disrespectful of both the client and the service providers time.
I would not trust my personal or business finances to an establishment which cant even afford their clients the small amount of respect and deference required for a basic consultation. To me this is a red flag, and I suspect that this lack of attention to detail and concern for client wellbeing is pervasive throughout the entire operation.
