        Paradise lakes is a great community and management strives to keep tenants comfortable and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I strongly recommend this community for anyone looking to live in the Mulberry / South Lakeland area.

        Ive lived here now 3 years. I just love living here. I love my home. The community. The Paradise Lakes team are always helpful and do a great job at trying to improve the living here. Im glad I made the decision to move here. Looking forward to many years ahead. ❤

        I was having a tough time finding anywhere to go with my pending job transfer date approaching. Moving from Ohio to Florida it was tough trying to find something given the market and how many people were coming here. We got in touch with Jackie at paradise lakes and she was SUPER helpful! She fought tooth and nail for my family and I AND we have 3 little ones. We were met with open arms and phenomenal communication to be able to get us into a beautiful home. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will be forever grateful for finding this community and the people here. We are so happy with our move, the kids love it! Everyone at the office and the maintenance are wonderful. Highly recommend yes communities and contacting Jackie and Evelyn for any assistance.
